Experienced F&I Manager
Status: Closed - Submit your resume and we'll keep it on file.
You’re friends call you, “outdoorsy”. This is your badge of honor.
You hike Lake Louise… for fun!!!!
The smell of the Rockies is intoxicating to you.
The feeling you have when you’re outside, communing with nature, that’s your jam.
And that’s why you want your job to be a natural extension of your personality.
A high-paying, interesting job.
A job that helps others.
A job where you get to sell what you love. What you already believe in.
The outdoor lifestyle.
You decided at a very young age you didn’t want to live an empty life. You’re smarter than most but you’re not so full of yourself that there’s no room for others.
You like people and you want them to like you.
You’re empathetic and competent.
People say that about you.
That’s what makes you so darn authentic.
You’re designing a life for yourself by setting goals and taking personal responsibility for yourself.
And we like that about you.
You’re ready, willing, and able to sell people the RV Lifestyle because you already believe in the RV Lifestyle. You wouldn’t exaggerate or lie to make a sale, because you don’t have to. You believe in what you sell.
And when you know you’ve got the right solution, you will do everything to close the deal, because that’s the right thing to do. You know you can’t help a customer until they pick up what you’re laying down.
What really grinds your gears are people who miss the little things. The details.
The devil really is in the details, aren’t they?
As an F&I Manager, your borderline Obsessive Compulsive Disorder has served you exceptionally well. There ain’t an ‘i’ that doesn’t get dotted or a ‘t’ that doesn’t get crossed.
No sir. No ma’am. Not on your watch.
That’s why you’re going to be such a great fit at No Bull.
We just want to sell and consign a metric whack load of RVs and boats.
You’ve probably heard our radio ads.
“That’s Right Bob!”
We have fun around here.
So much fun, we’ve opened up a new location in Leduc.
That’s where we need you!
Located in a high-traffic area, you’re going to keep busy putting deals together, selling finance, insurance, and aftermarket goodies to help our loyal customers connect with nature, just like you!
We don’t sell sketchy stuff that nobody needs. There’s No Bull allowed around here. It’s literally right in the name :)
But there’s nothing in our name about not having fun and shenanigans. There’s a lot of that around here.
That is when you’re not selling. We have loads of leads, happy customers, and traffic.
You’re not going to be bored. If you are, take a hike! Jasper is highly recommended. We’ll see you tomorrow when there is something to keep you suitably entertained.
You’re not alive to work, after all. You’re working to provide for your ideal life. One that puts you outdoors. With loved ones. Loving life.
Some people shy away from the RV business because they think it's either feast or famine.
While it IS quieter in the winter, we stay pretty darn busy year round because of our fierce marketing strategies.
But you won’t have to worry about keeping the demons away if the sales opportunities are thin. At No Bull, you will be on a base salary of $5,000 a month, plus perfectly uncapped performance pay on everything you sell. No instead…rather, as well. You get both.
You’ll be making a healthy 6-figure income.
And time off to commune with nature.
And all the expected benefits like health, dental, and disability insurance.
We are closed on evenings, Sundays, and holidays to start campfires.
Don’t you just love the smell of campfires?
Me too :)
Life is crazy, busy, good around here.
Like, over 10,000 leads crazy.
Like, 20 to 50 groups walking through on Saturdays busy.
Like, line ups to your office waiting for approvals, paperwork, and another sale to the bank good.
Because if you’re still reading this job posting, you found yourself resembling these remarks.
And that means you’re one of us.
So? What are you waiting for?
It’s time to smash that apply button.
I’m excited to meet you!
